Alan Livingston

Alan Wendell Livingston was an American businessman and producer best known for his influential tenures at Capitol Records and NBC. He created the character Bozo the Clown for a series of children's record-album and book sets in the late 1940s. Later, he oversaw the launch of the television series Bonanza and played a key role in the release of music by the Beatles during his second term at Capitol Records.
