Alberto Moravia
Alberto Moravia was an Italian novelist and journalist who explored themes of modern sexuality, social alienation, and existentialism. He is best known for his debut novel, Gli indifferenti, and the anti-fascist work Il conformista. Many of his novels, including La ciociara and Il disprezzo, were adapted into notable films by directors such as Vittorio De Sica and Jean-Luc Godard.
