Andrew Carmellini

Andrew Carmellini is an American chef and restaurateur who oversees the food and drink programs at fifteen establishments under NoHo Hospitality. A recipient of a Michelin star and multiple James Beard Foundation awards, he has also been recognized as a Food & Wine Best New Chef. In addition to his culinary career, Carmellini is the author of two cookbooks.
