Frances Pitt

Frances Pitt was a British naturalist, author, and pioneer of wildlife photography. She authored numerous books and articles detailing the lives of wild animals, often based on her direct observations and experiences nursing injured creatures. She resided in Shropshire for much of her life, living at The Albynes near Bridgnorth before moving to Castle House in Harley.
