Frank Johnson Goodnow
Frank Johnson Goodnow was an American educator and legal scholar. He was the first president of the American Political Science Association and an elected member of both the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and the American Philosophical Society. He worked as an advisor to Yuan Shikai.
