Georg Buchner

Karl Georg Büchner was a German dramatist, poet, and prose writer associated with the Young Germany movement. A revolutionary and the brother of philosopher Ludwig Büchner, his brief career ended at age 23. Despite his short life, his plays had a profound influence on the development of naturalism, expressionism, and European theater.
