George Martin
George Martin (1926–2016) was an English record producer, arranger, composer, conductor, and musician. Often referred to as the fifth Beatle, he played a pivotal role in the group's original albums by providing formal musical expertise and innovative string arrangements. His collaborative work with the band helped define the sound of iconic records such as Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band.
