Nicholas Hawksmoor

Nicholas Hawksmoor was an English architect and a leading figure of the English Baroque style during the late-seventeenth and early-eighteenth centuries. He worked alongside Christopher Wren and John Vanbrugh, contributing to major projects including St Paul's Cathedral, Greenwich Hospital, and Blenheim Palace. His influence has extended to various twentieth-century poets and authors, with some of his architectural work only recently attributed to him.
