Nick Estes
Nick Estes is a Sicangu American journalist, community organizer, and historian at the University of Minnesota. He is a cofounder of The Red Nation and Red Media. His work has been recognized with a 2019 Lannan Literary Award Fellowship for nonfiction and a 2020 freedom scholar honor from the Marguerite Casey Foundation.
