Philip Kerr

Philip Ballantyne Kerr (1956–2018) was a Scottish author best known for his Bernie Gunther series of historical detective thrillers. His diverse body of work spanned multiple genres, including crime literature, noir, science fiction, adventure fiction, and children's books. In addition to his career as a novelist, Kerr also worked as a screenwriter.
