Robert M. Seyfarth

Robert M. Seyfarth is an American primatologist, psychologist, and author. Alongside his collaborator Dorothy L. Cheney, he conducted extensive fieldwork on the social behavior and communication of wild baboons in Botswana. A professor emeritus of psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, Seyfarth is a member of the United States National Academy of Sciences and the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
