Sallie Tisdale

Sallie Tisdale is an American writer and essayist whose work has been featured in publications including Harper’s, The New Yorker, and The New York Times. A nursing degree recipient, she has authored ten books covering topics ranging from medical practice to nursing home life. She currently teaches in the writing program at Portland State University.
