Steve Krug

Steve Krug is a UX professional and consultant based in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. He is best known for his book Don't Make Me Think, a widely read text on web usability and human-computer interaction. Through his firm, Advanced Common Sense, Krug conducts in-house workshops and provides strategic consulting on usability testing and web design.
