William Arnett

William Arnett was an Atlanta-based collector, curator, and writer known for his extensive work with African, Asian, and African American art. As the founder of the Souls Grown Deep Foundation, he documented and preserved African American art from the Deep South. His efforts resulted in numerous publications and exhibitions at over 100 institutions worldwide, with his collection featured at the White House and archived at UNC Chapel Hill.
